注意事项

◆ 样本上样前需进行高速离心。

◆ 样本上样前建议测蛋白浓度，每个上样孔蛋白总量不建议超过 30 μg。

◆ 样本上样前盐浓度不建议超过 100 mM。

◆ 样本加入 Loading buffer 后建议加热 20 mins，确保蛋白充分变性。

◆ E.coil 样本建议加入核酸酶处理。

产品介绍

◆ 本产品为聚丙烯酰胺电泳凝胶，用于蛋白质分离，单片胶为 15 孔，每孔 最大上样量为 30 μL，推荐上样量 15 μL 以下；

◆ 采用全自动凝胶灌注技术，产品的重复性好，质量稳定。独特的凝胶缓 冲配方使蛋白电泳条带更为清晰锐利，更加均匀，分辨率更高；

◆ 配套缓冲液为中性缓冲液，可以提高凝胶稳定性和避免蛋白在电泳过程中的再修饰。

注意事项：

使用本产品时，请务必使用专用电泳缓冲液，推荐直接使用LABLEAD配套专 用电泳液：MES-SDS Running Buffer（货号：M7204）。

MES-SDS Running Buffer 不建议重复使用。
