用法
称取本品18g,加入蒸馏水1000mL,搅拌加热煮漂至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
检验原理:
蛋白胨和牛肉浸粉提供碳氮源、维生素和生长因子等生长必需的营养物质;氯化钠用于维持培养基的渗透压。外观:干粉培养基为淡黄色粉末。制备好的培养基为淡黄色透明液体。注意:本品仅限于实验室使用。干粉培养基出现过期、结块或变色,请勿使用。
